• Provide a valid mobile number and email address during registration — these will be needed for verification later.
• Keep your account password confidential. mcw17 is not responsible for any consequences arising from sharing it with a third party.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, contact our support team immediately.

Mcw17 is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Creating or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. mcw17 is committed to child protection and reserves the right to verify age at registration.

You are not eligible to use mcw17 if any of the following conditions apply to you:

• Under 18 years of age.
• Residing in a country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Previously had an account closed or suspended by mcw17.
• Enrolled in the Self-Exclusion program.

• Deposits made from another person's payment account are not accepted.

• Each promotion can only be used once — per account, household, address, device, and IP address.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds will be credited to the bonus balance first.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on mcw17 and are enforced equally for every player, with no exceptions.

• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the "Cash Out" feature is the only option available, and only when it is active.
• If a bet is not placed before an event begins and the event has already started, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mcw17 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same event ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is a criminal offense and will result in immediate account termination.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and event, and are clearly displayed on the betting page. Separate limits apply for High Roller members.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw17 platform. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable.

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Attacking or attempting to compromise mcw17's servers, software, or network.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.

• Complex cases may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
